From first visit to install day

    Every opening is measured in your home by the person who will stand behind the numbers. You never measure anything yourself. Out-of-square openings, shallow frames and tall panels are flagged at this visit, while the fix is still a choice.

    The quote is written from those measurements, covers installation, and does not move.

  3. Built to your measurements

    Most orders arrive within two to four weeks of approval. Motorized treatments can take longer, and we confirm the timeline in writing on your quote.

  4. Installed by the team that measured

    The same team returns to install and operates every treatment with you before leaving. Motorized treatments are paired to your remotes, app and voice assistant on install day, with scenes, schedules and groups set up.

  5. Remade if it does not fit

    Anything that does not match the approved measurements is remade and reinstalled at no cost to you.
