They're very kind and walk through the whole process with you from start to finish. They also do a great job of installing curtain rods, which is what I needed help with in the first place. They're not pushy at all but they are really good at giving lots of options to choose from!! Will definitely be calling them again for my window treatment needs!"

"We chose Dustin because we have known him for a long time and he had already earned our trust. No surprise, Dustin came out in a timely manner. He talked with my wife and I about how the company started and the brands they sell. We felt very comfortable with him. We showed him the two main windows that we were looking to get covered (street facing windows) and I was curious to see what Dustin was going to say. I was thinking my arched windows were going to present a problem, but he didn’t bat an eye and shared with us the options available for an arched window. The custom window treatment solution we landed on is stylish, unique, and perfectly does what I wanted it to do. I love my two motorized custom honeycomb shades! Didn’t think I would ever get an automated shade, but I’m really glad we did. Also, on a side note, our custom window blinds throughout the house were in great shape when we moved into our home (less than a year ago), but the valences at the top had been falling down and the clips were brittle and breaking. Dustin shared with me that he could order color-matching valences and just replace those – instead of every single blind. I ordered new valences, saved a TON of money, and they look great. "Called Love is Blinds on a whim when my husband said we needed blinds for our giant windows in our new home. I loved the name and liked what I saw on their website. I got a call the day after and scheduled an in-home consultation within a day or so. Just in that call I went from plantation shutters to motorized rollers after explaining what we were looking for. Durrell came out took some measurements showed me samples and gave me a quick quote. He was patient and explained things to me so I could then explain to the husband and make the final decision. I couldn’t decide on what fabric I wanted and Durrell was so kind, he let me keep my top 3 choices overnight so I could show them to the hubby. He said it would be 3 weeks to get the rollers and right on time they came in and we scheduled the installation. He came and installed in less than an hour with no issue. Explained the remote settings, how to charge, etc. Only been a couple of hours but we are already so very happy with our new roller blinds. "I love my shades! I’ve had them 1 year 4 months now. I have two 9’ wide windows in my sunroom. They diffuse the sunlight and I can still see outside. I got the motorized and just had to recharge one of them this week. I was having difficulty plugging in the usb cord but I called Danny and he came to my rescue. I also got a light blocking shade in the breakfast area to block the glare on the tv. I did not get motorized because it’s easily accessible. It’s super easy to raise with one finger (not like the kind my mother had many years ago). I just got a quote to add a shade to the French door in the sunroom. I’ve debated all this time but finally decided that continuity will look best. I do like having an unobstructed view outside but in central Tx the sun really warms it up in there.
