Motorized Shades and Blinds in Sherman, Texas
Shades and blinds that move on a remote, a wall switch, an app or a schedule, paired and programmed before we leave. Free in-home consultation in Sherman.
Motorize openings, not houses
We build Motorized Shades to the opening, not to a catalogue size, and we measure every Sherman window ourselves before anything is ordered.
It earns its cost per window: the ones you cannot reach, the ones too heavy to work by hand, and the ones you want on a schedule. In most homes that is three to six, not all of them.
- Free in-home consultation with samples you can hold against your own light
- Every opening measured on site, not estimated
- Sherman is covered by Love Is Blinds North Texas, run by Jake Wade and Jonathan Arosemena
- Remade at no cost if it does not match the approved measurements
Motorized Shades we install in Sherman
Solar charged
A small panel keeps the battery topped up, which suits the sunny windows that most need motorizing.
App and voice control
Control from a phone or voice assistant, though the wall switch by the door gets used most.
Scheduling and sun triggers
Shades close against the afternoon sun without anyone thinking about it.
Wide and high openings
Above a certain size a hand operated treatment stops getting used at all.
Retrofit motorization
Adding a motor to an existing treatment where the hardware allows it, rather than replacing it.
Whole room scenes
One action moves every shade in a room, which is what makes a media room work.

Motorized Shades we have installed for Texas homes
We would rather talk you out of something that will not work than sell it and come back to fix it.
What moves the price of motorized shades
- Whether you want a hub, wall switches, or app and voice control
- How many openings you motorize, since it is priced per opening
- Power: battery, hardwired or solar charged
- The treatment itself, since a motor moves whatever you put on the window
- Width and weight, which decide motor sizing on large spans
We measure the openings and quote from those measurements. The number on your estimate is the number you pay.
